Kylie brings warmth, energy and meticulous care to every journey she designs. She graduated with distinction in Tourism and Hospitality Management from National Economics University and speaks English confidently.
With experience working directly with international travelers, she understands that a good itinerary is not simply a list of places. It should reflect how each guest wants to feel, move and experience Vietnam.
Kylie is constantly exploring the country she calls home and loves turning those discoveries into thoughtful journeys she can share with travelers from around the world. For her, guest satisfaction is not a final checkpoint. It's the principle behind every planning decision.

Finn builds the systems behind every journey, from business setup, finance and compliance to technology, records and day-to-day operations.
Having studied across several countries before graduating in Finance in Sydney, Australia, he brings a cross-cultural perspective to how Viet Insiders Journey communicates with and serves international travelers.
His professional background is in investment and corporate finance, where clarity and accountability aren't optional. Beyond the spreadsheets, Finn is an experience-led traveler who shares Kylie's ambition: to help more people discover the character and beauty of Vietnam, in all its variety.
